Base Event Package — $500
4 Hour Rental
Includes

- 4 six-foot banquet tables

- China, flatware, and glassware
Perfect for showers, dinners, birthday parties, meetings, and smaller celebrations.
Extended Event Package — $2,500
12 Hour Rental
Includes everything in the Base Package, plus
- Full access to the upstairs of Beulah House
- Private bridal suite
- Dressing room access
Please note: overnight stays are not included.
Additional Information
- A $500 refundable deposit is required for all events.
- Deposits are refunded once:
- Furniture is returned to its original setup
- Trash is removed
- Any used dishes are washed

Welcome your guests in the traditional home foyer. It has direct access to the Parlor or Dining Room.

Enter the front room of the home from either the Foyer or the Dining Room. The Parlor can accommodate 24 people at three 60” round tables. The windows look out onto the Veranda.

This space can also seat 24 people at three 60” round tables. It is centrally located and adjacent to the Foyer, Parlor, Lounge, and Hallway with the Restroom.

At the foot of the classic stairway is the Lounge. We set the Lounge with the bar and three cocktail tables, however the bar can be removed and replaced with three 60” rounds for more seating.

The sun porch has gorgeous natural light from the wall of windows. This space can accommodate up to four 60” round tables.

Adjacent to the Sun Porch is the Library which also has access to the kitchen. This space can be used as guest seating or as catering or vendor prep space.

In the center of the home is the Kitchen. The space has a warming cabinet, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, sink, and steel tables. The Library, behind the kitchen, can be used as extra catering space.

Behind Beulah House is a beautiful open space for your tents, outdoor gatherings, and special ceremonies. The tables and white garden chairs can be set up outdoors.
